Sagicor Group is one of Jamaicas largest Financial Institutions and known for putting on a damn good show for the public and their clients. This culture permeates the organisation and exrtends internally to their team members as well!

Client Culture/Expectations
Sagicor's Human resources team markets their annual STARS Week event to their team members like they would to the general public. In a regular company team engagement activities would be a basic email. This is NOT the case for Sagicor. There are entire campaigns build out and executed for individual events. These can include teasers, official flyers and count downs, videos, mini competitions and live streams.
